Some things on my radar at the end of this week:

  • A few days old rant of mine about the shortcomings of “net zero” pledges, which will be open for questioning in front of Congress next week

  • Gas stoves are horrible for you and the planet, feat. new evidence that yes, they are horrible even when they are off

  • This tidbit on the definition of rural-ness, which is crucial when funding rural projects

  • Back to fossil fuel stuff, after literally a one-bullet break: this article about Greenpoint and the money that neighborhood received after a liability payout from Exxon. I used to do a few jobs that were funded by this money, so it’s very close to my heart.
