Let's be real, all of our minds are elsewhere right now. Today is the day that voting will conclude in the U.S. presidential elections and all of our anxiety is at 100. I had plans to wake up at the crack of dawn today and do yoga, but instead I laid in bed for an hour contemplating my existence.
